Jazz guitar paradise from the master. This is a 1992 french compilation by EMI containing a great part of the earlier 20-LP EMI release, plus 34 additional rare selections. In the 10 chronologicaly sorted albums you will find 243 remastered original performances from a 12 year period of Django, covering the Quintet of the Hot Club of France period, the war years, the formation of his postwar quintet with clarinetist Hubert Rostaing and finally his reunion with the virtuoso violinist and friend Stephane Grappelli. In the included scans you will find detailed information for all the songs. Enjoy.
